McDonalds Going Healthy

Topic: In February 2018, there were news articles everywhere raving about the fact that McDonald’s is going healthier.  It’s been over half a year now, so let’s revisit this promise the company has made. Has McDonalds made any changes to their menus? Is this idea even sustainable? Will they lose business/gain business with this shift towards a healthier menu? Do you believe fast food restaurants are sustainable in the US?
